Established as PT Maju Jaya Sarana Grafika in 1974, AR Packaging Indonesia at Bawen, Central Java is a one-stop packaging company, offering design, prepress and production to finishing and delivery.

With a strong foundation built on quality systems, structure and people, AR Packaging in Bawen is certified according to ISO 9001 and FSC-COC. The company aims to be an efficient, modern and highly regarded player in the packaging industry.

AR Packaging acquired the plant in December 2016 as an important part of the expansion strategy outside of Europe in selected segments. With a platform in Southeast Asia, the group will be able to serve both local and multi-national customers in the best way. The majority of Bawen’s customer base is in the tobacco, food & beverages, pharmaceutical segments and other packaging services.

In 2017, AR Packaging began construction of a new factory in Bawen to strengthen our capacities and capabilities. With investments in new machinery, we set the standard in specialty offset and rotogravure printed packaging throughout the region, making us the partner of choice for many leading players.
