High barrier packaging – Preserving freshness while safely protecting products

Within our flexible packaging division, we offer films with tailored barrier properties that preserve freshness while safely protecting products over a prolonged shelf-life. Barriers to oxygen, moisture, aroma, light and more are contributing to highest product quality and minimised spoilage.

Typical food products are chilled meat, hard cheese, dry mixes, coffee, nuts and fresh vegetables and fruit. Our flexible packaging is also a good choice when faced with the high demands on packaging in the pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare sectors. The high barrier materials are used as thermoformable base webs, lidding films and for pouches, sachets and stick packs.

Our Systems division offer carton-based cans, with supply of material components, complete packaging machinery lines as well as aftersales of spare parts and maintenance services. The system packaging range is optimal for packing sensitive powders and mixes, such as infant milk formula, coffee, snacks and other branded products in need of effective ways to protect and present the content. The tailoured shapes and sizes are perfect tools to increase sales and brand value.

All our packaging options offer the desired appearance and functional properties for optimised shelf display and increased consumer convenience.
