Albina Snacks chooses AR Packaging Flexibles for quick print design and material delivery
Since the foundation in 1997, Albina Snacks AB has grown to be one of Scandinavia’s largest and most respected suppliers within the ethnic food segment. From the very start, Albina has striven to continuously look for new and innovative ways to meet the needs of its customers, using high-quality ingredients, interesting mixes and most importantly, attractive packaging solutions.
When the company needed fast and professionally delivered mix of nuts for mulled wine (Swedish glögg) for Netto Sverige and its own brand Mamone, the company didn’t hesitate on contacting AR Packaging Flexibles (former Flextrus) for the job. With limited amount of time, AR Packaging Flexibles and AR Packaging Digital (former Mediaköket) managed to turn idea into action, all the way from the initial print design phase to actual printing. The print design was set on the 12th of September and finished materials was sent to the customer on the 6th of October, leaving less than four weeks for complete artwork approval to 26.000 pieces delivered, which were all packed the same day.
The requirements were set, Albina wanted a logotype that suited the brand, combined with a window packaging solution for its mulled wine spices. Adding to the short amount of time, Albina Snacks also wanted a product photo for an ad in Netto’s own magazine, which AR Packaging Flexibles delivered together with AR Packaging Digital in terms of a 3D-rendering of the packaging.
Christer Danielsson from Albina Snacks comments: “Flextrus managed the whole process fantastically, in an as efficient way as possible. We used a new printing technology; digital printing which AR Packaging Flexibles managed quickly and effectively. The end result is a very attractive packaging.”
